Sleeping Freshmen Never Lie by David Lubar (Blog entry number 50!)

This is a book about becoming a freshman in high school. I remember receiving it myself before my freshman year centuries ago! It teaches the reader that, although the move to high school is tough, it is also a time for tremendous growth. This is a survival manual for 8th graders moving on to high school, written by someone experiencing it. Scott, the main character, is getting a new sibling during his freshman year. He feels that creating this manual would help his brother when he goes to high school. I highly recommend this book! It is a pretty quick read.
